A special New Year’s Eve 2010 tasting menu from Alain Ducasse’s restaurant to celebrate the New Year with Paris literally at your feet:

  • Sea-bass fillet, Joinville-style prawns and mushrooms
  • Medallions of venison with peppers,raw and cooked vegetables and fruits”grand veneur-style”
  • Truffled farm-made “Meaux” brie, baby salad leaves
  • Iced coconut, wild strawberry and caramel mousse
  • Chocolate/orange/gingerbread delight
